Research Focus: Developmental Regulation of DNA Replication

We are interested in the cell cycle mechanisms that determine where and when replication initiates, and how domain-wide changes in the replication program are coordinated with chromatin changes during mouse ES cell differentiation. We use a novel differentiation system in which cell fate and epigenetic changes occur within a single cell cycle.
