Research Focus:

Epigenomic and Comparative Epigenomic maps.

The lab focusses on two areas of the epigenome. First analysis of functional elements within the genome by high throughput approaches, including ChIP-CHIP of histone modifications to produce epigenomic maps, and second comparative sequencing of imprinted gene regions.
